Innovative Haulage Limited was incorporated in 2005 for the business of haulage/transportation in the oil and gas industry, particularly to service other subsidiaries in the Energy Resources Group, such as its downstream operations.
The company has its headquarters in Abuja, with branch offices in Port Harcourt and Lagos.
Among its fleet of trucks are 50 American Trucks of a total of 33,000 metric tons capacity.

Expedia Marine Ltd

The company was floated in 2005 with main objective of supporting the maritime needs of the upstream and downstream operations of the Energy Resources Group in the oil and gas industry. Two alpha size oil vessels were acquired for the company that year.

With this bold investment, The Group made a strong statement about its presence in the strategic oil and gas industry, as well as positioning itself for opportunities therein, and challenges.
The vessels, with a combined tonnage capacity of 32 tonnes are Gualope (Renamed MT River Jemaima) – 22 tonnage capacity; and Allison (Renamed MT Marion Ige) – 9 tonnage tones.

Bay Atlantic Limited

It was incorporated in 2004 as a limited liability company with its head office at 50 D, Glover Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Established primariliy to provide essential services to other oil and gas companies. Bay Atlantic Ltd, specializes in property development for the staff of Delta Afrique. This was, in the main, out of the specialized nature of the required accommodation for Afrique’s expatriate staff.

But presently, Bay Atlantic Ltd handles all the accommodation needs of both indigenous and expatriate staff of Delta Afrique. The company has invested over $5 million in specialized property to Delta Afrique and other companies.
